Shipping

New & refurbished equipment: We try to ship all orders received by 3pm the same day. However this is not a guarantee. The following factors can delay your order: clearing of your payment, order volume and also snow and ice will shut everything down around here . If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.All products are shipped and delivered on business days.

Fixed / Free Shipping does not apply to items shipped on Pallets, please call for rates on those items.

Shipping damage: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 48 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Tuesday.  Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Do not discard any packaging materials.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request.  Payment by wire transfer is required for all international orders. 


Return Authorization Policy

Manufacturers warranties do apply on new defective equipment, please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues. We cannot accept returns on fiber cabling or other custom cables unless there is a quality issue. We also cannot accept returns on any manufacturer discontinued items or disscounted items. You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items. Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee and if returned for another item or for refund will be charged actual shipping in addition to the standard restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund. All returned items must be in the original condition.  Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items. An RMA has to be issued before a return will be processed. All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as an Return for credit. ALL RMAs requests should be emailed to info@raratel.comCustomer is responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping items back to wenofiber.com on all returns and repairs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We won't cover under warranty any repairs for damages incurred during shipping. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
